Warranty Terms:

  • Please retain a copy of your invoice for warranty purposes. In addition, please ensure you register your product to validate the warranty here Support & Registration
  • The warranty on the product excludes general wear and tear and is strictly applied to equipment being used for the correct purpose.
  • A minimum of 1 service per year for home use, and 2 services per year for commercial use is required to maintain the products in good working order and keep warranty valid.
  • All installations, services and repairs are to be completed by Skelcore technicians or Skelcore approved service agents.

Limited Standard Warranty:

  • Post-warranty support for discontinued products may be available for up to 7 years beyond the last date of manufacture, subject to product, part and/or component availability.

Warranty Conditions and Restrictions

The above Warranty is subject to the following conditions:

1. This warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.

2. This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA.

3. This warranty covers only the normal use of the equipment. SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA representative; (iv) damages incurred through irresponsible use, including those resulting from equipment placed into humid environments, unfinished structures, structures under construction or remodel or placed in an outdoors setting, or other non-recommended practices.

4. Do not use equipment in any location that is not climate controlled, such as but not limited to garages, porches, pool rooms, saunas, bathrooms, carports, or outdoors. Failure to comply may void the warranty.

5. SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages to the units caused during the installation of any product.

6. SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA shall not be held liable or responsible for any damages to units caused during installation by any person or persons deemed as not a qualified and trained assembly technician or service technician.
Any and all damage to SKELCORE equipment caused by an unqualified or unauthorized installer shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any and all resulting costs for part(s) and/or labour shall likewise be the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA shall not be held liable or responsible for any structural or cosmetic damages to facilities caused by the placement or operation of any equipment sold and installed by the SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA authorized service technician or installer.

8. Changes in the cosmetic appearance of components and parts within the unit that do not affect its performance will not be covered by any part of this warranty.

9. Damage due to normal wear and tear as defined by items subject to normal use and/or exposure, consumables, and cosmetic items, including, but not limited to the following: grips, seats, paint scratches, plastic items, and labels.

10. The end user of the equipment shall ensure that the facility has proper height, width, and length clearances for the products) being placed into operation.

11. Customer MUST retain proof of purchase and register equipment within thirty (30) days of installation to receive warranty service. Registration of the equipment ensures SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA can provide prompt and complete service.


12. SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA and its authorized service center, dealers, or authorized technicians accept no responsibility for any parts of any products returned for repair to SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA.

13. the SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA makes no warranty either expressed or implied regarding third-party (non - SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA) installed parts, accessories, or modifications.

14. All SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA equipment shall be properly cleaned regularly and cared for in accordance with the procedures outlined in the owner's manual. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

15. The warranty does not cover damage or equipment failure due to electrical wiring that is not in compliance with applicable electrical codes and SKELCORE SOUTH AFRICA

What is not covered

1. Products not originally covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

2. Periodic check-ups and/or preventative maintenance as directed.

3. Any and all pre-existing conditions that occur prior to the effective date of this agreement and/or any product sold "as-is" including but not limited to floor models, demonstration models, etc.

4. Part replacements or repairs due to normal wear and tear, unless tied to a breakdown, and items normally designed to be periodically replaced during the life of the covered product, including but not limited to batteries, console overlays, handle grips, seat upholstery, pedal straps, pedal inserts, cables, belts etc.

5. Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, negligence, neglect, failure to adhere to required preventative maintenance procedures, the introduction of foreign objects into the covered product, unauthorized modifications or alterations to a covered product, any covered product with removed or altered serial numbers, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

6. Incidental, consequential, or secondary damages or delay in rendering service under this agreement, or loss of use or time during the period that the covered product is at an authorized service center or otherwise awaiting parts.

7. Unauthorized repairs and/or parts.

8. Cost of installation, set-up, diagnostic charges, removal or reinstallation of the covered product.

9. Accessories used in conjunction with a covered product.

10. Loss of data or any mechanical breakdown or damage caused by a computer or software virus.

11. Incorrect connection of signal leads or incorrect electrical supply and failure or improper use of any electrical source.

12. Abnormal variation of electricity supply.

13. Damage incurred while moving the covered product to another location.

14. Improper installation of components or peripherals.
